Modera Blake Street is a multifamily development within the RiNo neighborhood, just north of downtown Denver. The project is currently in the conceptual phase of design. The six-story building includes three significant amenity decks which feature a pool, spa and entertainment areas for residents. The landscape design responds to the architectural theme of “tectonics” as well as the industrial history and the contemporary eclectic feel of the RiNo district. The amenity deck design also maximizes the mountain views to the west.
