The Platt Park North rowhomes offer multi-family rented housing units within the burgeoning Gates redevelopment area of Denver. Four of the ten rowhome buildings are situated with a half-acre park between them, offering a space for continued community interaction. studioINSITE also planned the surrounding streetscape, designed to celebrate the unique urban character of the neighborhood.
